Following the problem with this client's lead sheet (which has since been fixed) I went ahead and secret shopped them again. This time, the lead is in their LEADSHEET. However, they STILL HAVE Not contacted me.

Have you guys shared the lead sheet with this client? Do they have access to it already? If so, then we have to bring it to the Doc's attention that they ARE NOT following up on leads. I have not received as much as an email from them.
Chris , do you want me to prepare a report on them or do you simply want either Whit or Christina to contact the doc about it and we Secret shop them again in about 2 weeks?

Yes on lead sheet. Why dont u try again filling outta lead and see what happens now ?

I thought of that.. Wanted to hear your input and response on the leads sheet. Glad I have since great minds think alike. 
Let me get on that and let you know what transpires. 

Well after checking my call records I see that they did contact me yesterday. 
They also left me a VM. So I am not going to Secret shop them again as this proves that they are now receiving the leads.
