I keep finding more of these pages that unless you SCROLL down, the POP UP does not come on.

I went ahead and added a WP form to the Coolsculpting Testimonial page.
Are all the graphics and pages done for this site now?

, yes for all the pages. But Sir Chris only ask for CS and Tight pages for now. not yet for all the graphics.
