sheet before if that is the one you are referring to. 
If so, I would need to see a video showing me where to add the info to. The format is different from others. I do not want to make a mistake on this spreadsheet. 
Can you please make one for me for future references when you need this done?

Christina  we are not creating any more content for their website. We did Coolscultping content for their site. We may need Tighsculpting ad copy but thats it

I wrote content for her in the micro site.. But only on Coolsculpting Before & after and a few other pages. Still, we can use that content. She shouldn't get anything for free.
