  • Check to spelling and grammar and mentions of spa. *Any edits made must be made on confirmation as well.

  • Check social icons are linked correctly and that they open in separate window. *If not, update. 
  • Click all buttons to make sure they are anchored (linked to page or forms) *if not, update, or task to anchor where they should
  • Check internal & outbound links on pages to make sure no links are broken (404),*if they are, find an appropriate replacement link.
  • Hyper links font color matches spa theme and readable/visable.
Location/Map
  • Make sure the address is correct
  • Click on the map/address to be sure it is connected to Google Map Pack
Imagery 
  • Stacked before & after images *Take note of how many or if any are there too, ideally want 5-6 images b&a's.

  • Buttons say “get coupon” if there is an offer.
  • Make sure Landing Pages with Offers have pop-ups or assign them if not.
  • Make sure Blogs have a separate lead form. 
Offers (Mobile, & Desktop)
  • Check pop-ups and gravity forms and images are consistent (across all platforms on: Set Up Web task, Onboarding, and spreadsheet.)
  • Check buttons & imagery are bold and catching. 
  • Disclaimers mention the offer *provide it in the edit task if not.

  • Needs to be a lightbox pop-up - not directly embedded.

Sydney Metz, Client Success Manager  Sydney will you please task Kellie on the Medstar Media folder about the 2 emsculpt graphics to be upated? I think it will be okay for this site but we should update when continuing to use these images. You can tag me when you task her. 

I have created a new task for Isaac about your other notes. This site used the same template that these same issues keep occuring on so he's going to have to fix this one and we are perfecting instructions for developers so hopefully most of these edits will be significantlly less going forward.
