I am seeing that this client's site has the following phone number on it 775 368-1035
However, they have this listed on the sheet as their 775-359-1222  = <Main phone number> 
Is that a GHL tracking number on there already?

Hector that is the GHL phone number on the website, been trying to get them all but missed this one. Can you please provide me with the list you use to track like I asked? This will help me to see what you have listed already for Shane on all ads.

My list is simply the ones that are already done.
If you are doing GHL tracking on sites, you need or needed to write down the clients you did so far. Did you write down anywhere the clients you did? Or are you simply trying to remember?
If the latter, then you will need to check. If I did any GHL tracking with Shane, it will be on the client's folder and on Set up GHL Tracking for client tasks. 

I write down everything! For that particular reason.

BTW, Isaac does not need to update the tracking number. I found it by checking and it has already been updated site wide.

I have been checking the Set Up GHL Tracking for clients. Again, it was not clarified who was providing the phone number to you and sometimes it got provided without my knowledge. It has been clarified now. Now am helping to make this right and documented correctly.  I know its frustrating and not good that it happened in the first place. 

Thanks for specifying which sheet you are using. I am not touching it other than referencing where the numbers have already been placed. So I am not checking where I don't need to. 

I know I can be a bit of a control freak when it comes to tasks and procedure here. 
However, it makes everything run smoother and avoids confusion.
I am meticulous to a fault and often forget that everyone does things differently. 
Thank you for following up and trying to fix the issue. 
Please let me know if there are any other clients who have already GHL phone numbers on the site so I can notify Shane. 

Hector thank you for trying to remedy the situation, but Alyssa is also trying. And very hard. At this point, I think she understands your point. We will not touch this sheet and we will let you know when we place a GHL number. We'll also let you know if there are any clients that have a number that are not in your sheet. I am the one that is supposed to keep an eye out for the protocol involving websites so this was my fault not Alyssa's.
