Isaac  yes please he told us what it was during our onboarding but when he tried logging on yesterday i realized it was actually spelled much different.

Actually that email - drbill9@aol.com - which was on the client's spreadsheet is wrong. I just confirmed it earlier. We need to remove that one and replace it with doctrbil9@gmail.com.. that is the correct one..

I am seeing an error with the email Cmg9950@yahoo.com.

It appears that the first letter "C" was left off the forms and it is coming back as undeliverable. It is added as mg9950@yahoo.com which is wrong.
Can you please check to see which form this was incorrectly added to?
