Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac yes. I actually keep meaning to ask you if you can adjust the template that you use to copy and set up the accounts. lol the way I structure the pipeline for accts is 
New Leads > In Conversation > 2nd Call > 3rd Call > Consult Scheduled > No Show > Services Sold

Vania J, Medstar Vania - Sure. Moving forward. I will set up these stages in the pipeline.

So to confirm again. We wouldn't be adding the stage "Consult Requested" anymore and therefore also wouldn't be setting up a trigger for it.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac thanks! I do appreciate it. Yes moving forward no consult requested but you can leave existing accounts with it and its trigger as is. It was a redundant stage and 9/10 never used it. *shrug*
