I am seeing that the email used is wrong. This is the same thing that happened with the domain. It has 3 Ls and they spell it with 2. 
The correct leads email is leads@wellifenow.com
Can you guys please update it to make sure it is spelled - wellife - 
not welllife - with 3 ELS...
