We will need to add the disclaimer to the bottom of the page of any client
running Coolsculpting or Cooltone.

Hi Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - this page is made of custom fields I think. so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right that does not look bad so I just added the image with the disclaimer and the promotions in one.
