Ivonne  there are a lot of models I could use....Should I try a few more? I kind of think this looks cool, but might be hard to see the needle because it's so small.

I was wondering why this page doesn't have a side form on it a the top? Chris is concerned about the lack of conversions. I just spoke to him and he said we should add one.

Ivonne I added a form on the Botox page.
I am including Isaac   because this website is a little bit complicated for me because the sections are made with Advanced Custom Fields.
Isaac we didn't have a form on the hero section on the Botox page: https://www.drfiorillo.com/procedure/botox-cosmetic/
and I added one, but I had to name it "GET $50 OFF" instead of putting a regular name "Botox" or "Botox Sidebar". I did some investigation and saw that pages with side forms have PREMIUM CONTENT (e.g. is Emsculpt page: https://www.drfiorillo.com/procedure/emsculpt/ https://jmp.sh/QWIiYMk )  and pages without side forms like Botox page have just CONTENT. https://jmp.sh/kaZ3UIL ). So I suppose that's the reason why on the pages with CONTENT we can't choose custom form title: https://jmp.sh/E1K4F8p
Can you fix this issue?

Good morning Ivonne
I see your comment above about wanting to help this website once Black Friday is over.
The good news is that Isaac and I have been busy already taken care of a lot of background work on this site. 2 weeks ago, the site was only garnishing a 70 score. After some work and tweaks by Isaac and me, it is now at 94. That is only 6 points away from perfection.
I will continue to do other SEO work on the alt tags, text and so on. And I will let Isaac know about anything else he can do his magic with.
