We have to approach this very carefully. He has two listings one with a lot of reviews that we want to keep (Michael A Fiorillo MD). The other (Dr. Fiorillo Advanced Plastic Surgery) few reviews that we want to merge into the one with all the reviews. We will need access to both accounts. Please let me know what are status is with access and how to proceed.

Chris, we did not create these GMBs for him. Why do you say we need to thread lightly? 
In any event, I have managed to claim the other  Dr. Fiorillo Advanced Surgery Center GMB and we now have full ownership of it. However, when it comes to GMBs, there is no merging. We can only keep one or close the other one out. But since they are not being Flagged as duplicates, he can keep both. It helps with his SEO... 
Let me know what you decide..
