✔ high level logins all "invalid"

Hi Isaac! I'd appreciate your help with this as soon as your able. Both logins for Fiorillo are coming up as invalid. And Idouble checked myself with the client. Can you reset the passwords?
and maybe show me how to do this as well? Thanks!

You can reset the passwords for users from settings > team management > edit user > user info > input the new password in the password field > hit save
