Chris
I actually sent the one to Ember 28 client and she did it herself since they are the ones who have to provide the documentation. (ID, Passport, etc) But maybe Shane may know of another way to get by this.

Good morning. Following up with you to see if you know of another way to verify these accounts yourself? I was under the impression that the clients were the ones who needed to do so. Can you please provide some of your input on this? Thanks.

Following up with you on this tasks. We have about 20 days before more than a dozen of these accounts are paused because of this. Please let me know if this is something you or I can do.. or if I need to contact the clients to get it done. Otherwise we are going to have many accounts turned off in a few weeks.

Hey
Hector
- so this account is a bit of an odd duck. I'm assuming we actually created this account for the client, which is why the identity verification thing is coming up.
Only Admins of an account can do the identity verification. On this account the only user that is an admin is support@medstarmedia.com (screenshot)
I am not an admin, nor the client, so we actually have to handle this for them. When the client creates their own account this will not be as likely to occur.
Do you have access to support@? Is this something you can handle from here?

We did not create this account for them. They also have a two-step verification which needs to be turned on to log into under support. I turned it on and still could not get it done. I am still getting the ADMIN level needed. Not sure why... In any event, I am sending email to client to let them handle it for now.
I'm not an admin on any of these accounts. It could prove to be problematic. For most it looks like the client is the only actual admin.

Okay thanks for looking into it Shane. I have begun sending out emails to clients. Dr. Fiorillo took care of his after I added him as ADMIN.

This doctor needs to upload more documents to complete verification. I sent him 2 emails already, including one today. Will wait to see if he finally completes it.

I am happy to report that after a few days of communicating back and forth with Dr. Fiorillo, I was able to take care of this.
