I am not a math genius. But it looks like the Search - mommy makeover is doing much better.

Not statistically significant. If you flip a coin 100 times and heads comes up 75 times it doesn't mean that heads is more likely. It's random chance.

So after a few days of working with Eve, I got these Google ads back on today. I also added myself as a payment user... I had done so before but I did not remember I did so. But once I got into the account directly, I then got a new CC from Eve and got the ads back on.
