It's super weird because it is only overreporting on Facebook, not Google. I checked out the site in detail. The only thing I can find is that there are 2 other FB pixels hard coded into the site. I believe that someone must have hard-coded a FB lead event onto their site without us knowing it at some point. Attached is a screenshot that shows where the lead event is firing that confirms that theory .

If we can get them to remove the other 2 FB pixels on the site it might resolve it or at least give me a better visual into how we can fix it.

In the mean time, I can change the lead event myself to get better data.

Thanks Issac.  I'm not sure where they're coming from, but if you use the Facebook Pixel Helper plugin you can see that there are 3 codes installed on this site. We don't need any hard-coded as it is coming from GTM.

Confirming all the conversion tracking is working. 

It is working. I tested both CS and botox. Keep in mind that the success event is no longer "Lead" but "complete registration"
