Dr. Gambhir contacted Chris and he said
the CO-OP said
No Downtime on Ad copy.
It is an old one that needs to be updated.
We CAN'T ever have it say NO DOWNTIME.
It can say "Limited down time"
I went ahead and removed it on the client's spreadsheet.
Please make sure you are not using that phrase.
Not just with this client, but with any ad.
