While testing out the leadsheet I found that there's no confirmation page or message when I enter the pop up on this Botox page https://www.drgambhir.com/botox
I also found that there is no REFERRER on the lead sheet when you fill out the side form on the https://www.drgambhir.com/coolsculpting page.
Can you please check that out for us?
