Created Callrail account for Dr. Gambhir. Added users, also added individual client user - Individual Client login - User = Anshull Gambhir Email - gambhir@drgambhir.com Password - Email sent to client to create it. Updated client and Callrail login spreadsheet. Added tracking numbers, routed calls to 610-518-7546. Added Javascript for tracking to client's GTM. Created container, published and set to live. Verified number is changing. Also called number, tested it, verified calls are being tracked and monitored correctly.

No that's not how it works. We create an account for them UNDER MEDSTAR... It is under our account. Just log in and search for Dr. Gambhir and you will see them. Is there a problem?

Yes, I'm not able to connect this client's CallRail account with Zapier as one of our client on CallRail that is associated with Medstar user account is not HIPPA compliant.
This happened last yr as well but was able to connect the account after we got direct access to their account.

- FYI acc. to CallRail support Monarch Aesthetics is that client which is associated with our account and not HIPPA compliant.
There maybe more now since we have added many new client since last yr under our CallRail account.

I went ahead and updated landing pages on tracking. Only Google ads and Facebook leads will now enable number tracking.
