Thank you once again. 

After receiving the Q3-Q4 Co-ops July to Dec reports from Jonnamae regarding client - Glen Brooks MD - I prepared them and sent an email to client letting her know about it. Added amounts, dates, updated our coops sheets. Since we do not have their Coolnet login info, I cannot submit for them.

Followed up with Lisa and was able to obtain  Glen Brooks MD new login information for them. However, it turns out that the account did not have sufficient permissions to submit coops. I then contacted Allergan reps, got account access upgraded. I began to prepare to submit them for the client. Logged into their Coolnet account, filled out information, media detail, uploaded files, added dates, amounts, submitted for submission. Took screenshot, sent to client for verification, updated spreadsheets, task. Sent the client a confirmation email with details of their refund, along with a screenshot.
** Doc may not have any funds available, but I submitted anyway just in case. **
