Shane Quast, Medstar Shane  highly doubt we will ever get access to this account to be honest. It's an error message that they've been trying to fight for years. We might have to start a new account

If that is the case then we should just go ahead and start a new account for them. Especially if they really want to run ads. 
We can always delete it if they resolve the other one. 
It is better to do that than to not have them running ads at all.
