Let's move the 3 round "authority" icons to the top. under the hero image. and let's try coolsculpting mini next to the video? Side by side. Otherwise, we can remove it and I can incorporate a few lines about it into the black text box

I trained them today. As far as this page goes...I think we still need to switch the model in the hero image? I think I remembered reading that in a different thread?

chris doesn't like the graphic, can we try again? 

perhaps a graphic that is light or dark enough that the form POPS out really well. 

The form and number are always going to be the most important, most obnoxious thing on the site. It should be the most colorful too. Perhaps a color that isn't even in their logo. IT'S GOTTA POP!!! hehe 
Our main goal is for people to fill out the form or call the number .

I like how you move the form in from the right. That is perfect, it really grabs the user's attention ( on desktop)

Thank you for giving me more details. I added the number on the mobile header. I deleted the menu button but we already have it on fixed mobile menu at the bottom, so I think it's fine. I changed the hero image and changed forms, but I am not sure if this is too much. I am sure about one thing, form is now really taking attention.
Let me know what you think. With your help and directions, this can be great I am sure.
