Actually, we just needed to REMOVE the link to medstar.. we can add the Made with ❤ by Medstar Media as long it has no link to the site. That is what causes the circumventing violations.

I object!!
That makes no sense since I am seeing a bunch of companies do the same... The issue for circumventing was the link which we removed. We have dozens of clients now with that on the footer with no problem. 

I love that Made with ❤ by Medstar Media on the footer... Let's bring it back!!!
