Sydney Metz, Client Success Manager Sydney - I just checked and was able to submit the test leads successfully. It could be due to the reason you tried submitting a invalid phone number the Optinmonster system flagged you as a spam and stopped the form from getting submitted on their system.

Please try again with a valid phone number and I would also not recommend using "Test" in any of the fields as I have noticed the spam filters with either make the form to submit very slow or not submit at all sometimes.

Let me know if it still doesn't work for you.
