Following email from Chris, I went ahead and searched the web for client's {Dr. James Greco - www.drjamesgreco.com} GMB page for the {} site. Found it listed under name {James L. Greco Jr, OD} for the -  4710 N Habana Ave, Tampa, FL 33614, USA  location. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Chris says the client cannot get into the account and I will try to claim it for them to see if I can get them access to it again.

Followed up on Google My Business Back door request sent to client Dr. James Greco - www.drjamesgreco.com} GMB page for the {} site. Found it listed under name {James L. Greco Jr, OD}.- and found that access was never accepted since the client lost access to it. I will need to try to verify it by phone tomorrow since they are closed today

Followed up on Google My Business Back door request sent to client Dr. James Greco - www.drjamesgreco.com} GMB page for the {James L. Greco Jr, OD} site. I called and spoke to the Dr. James, explained the situation, requested a code from Google, will need to call back and get it. I called back, got code, got it verified. Will add Doc as owner.
