Good morning.
I just checked and see that this website is down due to an Invalid SSL certificate.
Do we have access to their site and is this something we can get fixed?
Please let me know as soon as you can so that I can contact client.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Just looked into it and somebody has proxied the domain through Cloudflare.

I couldn't find access to their Cloudflare account in their spreadsheet to check for above error.

In this case we can either let client know about this or we can revert back to default NS and then point the site directly to wpengine but doing this might cause some of their other services like email etc down if they have added custom records in their Cloudflare account.
