But according to my research, I get 12,000,000 plus on "mini facelift cost near me," 7,400,000 on MINI FACELIFT COST. 
Best part about it is that with quotes "MINI FACELIFT COST" there are only about 5,000 articles which contain that exact phrase so we can outrank most of them.
