 I see a few things: 1) The average CPC has been up 6.3% in the last 30 days. This can happen during slower times of the year when everyone panics and tries to get the same amount of leads on lower search traffic. 2) Most of the decline is from their coolsculpting ads. I noticed in many accounts last month that didn't run a special offer on CS during the cool month that the performance was down, likely because a competitor in the market had a much better offer advertised. I'll keep looking to see if I can find anything else.

Okay so client did not want the back up card being used so I removed it. but now the Google ads are off. They primary card is having problems. I sent Michelle and email so they could send us another card.

I called Michelle, got CC info, updated it and the ads are back on now.. we are good to go. 

Ads are off due to a payment issue. I made a direct payment, it went through, but ads are still off. I sent Dr. Edelman an email to see if they provide me with a new CC to use.

 - I think your plugin may have an issue, we control the majority of all of the sites so please make sure we do not have any ad campaigns off due to these findings. Is there another way to test it? Maybe looking at page source

Weird. I just hit SUBMIT once again on the GTM.. Let's see what happens. 

I'm seeing it now too, but def wasn't there yesterday. We're getting no conversions from CS on Facebook so I'm wondering what is going on here.
