Not quite sure what they need for skin conditions. 
I need to know the strategy of this paragraph. My concern is that one skin condition can be treated by different treatments. So which service page are we linking to? The best way to address the different skin conditions is via blog articles.
You write about the skin condition and then list the treatment options.

Maybe what we can do is have blurbs for the actual services and then for the informational stuff we can create bullets kinds of like lsi.mysculpt.net

Thoughts?

Again, If we do these blurbs, they need to link somewhere. And one symptom can be treated with several different treatments. If he wants to have this part on the front page, we are going to need a little bit more information. For example skin infections???
Who came up with these topics?

Melissa is right. Having done similar blurbs for other clients myself, I don't remember seeing anything similar to these before. 
Coincidentally, most of them - Skin conditions - are repetitive. 
Whitney, perhaps you can help steer Paolini in the right direction and have them use sensible services templates from other clients we have done. 

This was a really difficult site we completely copied over from the original website. 

I say we scratch the" informational content" completely from the blurbs- just focus on the cosmetic services that have a specific service/link

The Dr doesn't care what we do for now .

We could add a few blurbs as well.... But they still have to be linked to a page I believe.

but are they just way too broad to blurb out? 

We only need a few sentences from each to create a blurb. 
Of course we must remember that they are a SKIN CARE client, not Coolsculpting or general aesthetics. 
Looking at their website, I do not see any of those SKIN CARE TREATMENTS listed in their services or home page. Where are those links you are referring to Whitney?

Took me longer than expected since we had more than a dozen missing. Plus, found multiple clients with the same accounts and had to merge together. In any case, I will have this done before 7 AM EST time tomorrow.
