Also - the 'complimentary consultations' are only for the cosmetic stuff - not general skin care.

Just about everything clicked on has the "complimentary consultation" form on it.  I don't want people to get the idea that their visit for acne, skin cancer or wart (general derm problems) are 'complimentary'.

On it whitney.zelig@gmail.com . What email should I use as a "From Email"? From email -this where the notification email comes from, best if it's their site domain email. I named the "From Name" as Paolini Skin Care Leads.
