I would have never found them by that name since neither is on the list of Call Rail client login or Spreadsheet. Not by that name.
They are - City Dermatology & Laser right?
Well I looked at them from month to month. However, they only have about 7 calls in total from Jan 1st to July 29th which is pretty bleak. It is also why I have never audited them.
There are a few companies like that which have hardly no clients. I brought this to Chris attention several times. I told him that we have to concentrate on these clients as to not lose them since they are not getting any activity or leads. 
What would you have me do or like me to do with them?

What is on your task list this week? I know i asked you to test nusbaum ( see if they call back in the morning tomorrow- if not-call them)
We have a meeting with the doc on Wednesday. I am guessing that their developer did not hook up the form properly ( because they have a lot of conversions, but still are saying they aren't seeing leads)
EITHER WAY... A DAY IS TOO LONG! an hour is too long with something as competitive as Coolsculpting! 
And then I have you doing sculptology right?

I happen to think that a DAY IS TOO SHORT.. an HOUR goes by so fast.. :)
In any case, I have a few things on my plate such as going over the Guides and content Chris and Melissa need.
I also have to Call Rail audit Elite Aesthetics, Sculptology and Delamar, just to name a few. (The list is growing as we adding newer clients)
Also, I have a few secret shopper Leads test to do. 
But whatever you need, just let me know and I will put it on my plate. I will then take care of it for you ASAP.

I wanted to give this a try since you sent me a tutorial video.
I went ahead and checked and I got the following:

No one on BCC.

As you stated, the pop-up lead I just filled out is on Hi@medstarpatients. 
But the other one from the static form is not. 
Where are those going to btw? To them?

Yeah only pop-up submissions go out of hi@medstar inbox.
sometimes both gravity forms and pop-ups come from hi@medstar ( but rarely)

another good way to check is the lead sheets.

I'm going to call the doctor. It's been fun babysitting all these clients. 

Do I have access to the Lead Sheets?
Would like to take a look at it and see if the first lead I submitted in the Static form is there. As well as any others I may have done or do in the future. That way I can also take some of that load off your shoulders.
