This is going to be a fucking nightmare if we need the doc to list questions for every service. What is wrong with adding another virtual contact form sort of thing were they can upload pics and answer questions. 

Let's just create the basic email for each service and place it on one
Google Doc. Do the first one, make a video showing J how to do it so she
can copy the intro and signature line and then she can do it for all the
services
