I set up the email template. Can you please hook up gravity forms so they go into her list and also add an action in her zapier account that adds leads to the list. this action happens after the email in zapier.

done for the delamar Constant contact and I selected the "Delamar-Medspa Coolsculpting" and I have tried all the forms and its working except for the popup opt, it is not listed in constant contact website leads Sir.
