Dr moran has a 2nd office. It is new. I see we are already targeting the area. However, on the new location found here: 451 D St, Boston, MA 02210  - The original map location shows not the new location. What do we need to do to adjust that? Or would we need to build a new campaign? Do you think its worth building a new campaign?

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris Are you referring to the Map Pack ads? If so, that's a Google My Business issue that Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector handles.

Chris, I am not finding any GMB locations searching on Google or on GMB using the following names:
Dr. Moran
Moran Medical Aesthetics

Under  the name - Dr. Moran Medical Aesthetics - this is a duplicate location...
I also did not find it using the address you put above.
451 D St, Boston, MA 02210


I did find 2 locations under the name Dr. Renée Moran Medical Aesthetics
but they are in 97 Union St, Newton Centre, MA 02459 -
I sent request to both.

They do have a 2nd GMB for the 451 D St #200 location. However, they did not put a name on it.
All I am seeing is just a map and no name for the location.
Using the address, I did a backdoor request for GMB access...I got it.
But it needs to be verified now so we can gain access. Without it, I cannot add location extension without access.

Also, the number listed, I called and it is not working.
The only way to verify it is by requesting a postcard to the 451 D St #200 Boston, MA 02210 address.

I received GMB code from Dr. Moran and have verified the GMB. Waiting on name from Doc to change it.

I believe this has been done. Will have to wait for Google ads to be turned back on to see.
