Our callrail is not working on the site due to Crystal Clears tracking number. So track down their callrail login should be at support@medstarmedia.com so if you can login and listen too calls

I just tried calling the number on Callrail there = 617-430-4665 - to test it and I got the following message "This number won't be activated until it is displayed to a visitor on your website. To place your call anyway, press 1 now."

I am no longer seeing Dr. Moran on our list of Call Rail clients. I know you may have removed them as you are fixing them. But just wanted to give you a heads up.

Has this been fixed yet? I am still not seeing Dr. Moran on CallRail and wanted to see their activity for Audit set up.

They dont use callrail they use another service we dont have access to. I tried getting a login code not sure what happened

Let me look at our email history to see. 
I do have 2 other clients which do not use CR listed on my logins, not Dr. Moran though. 
If anything, you can send me the info so I can try to set up the login code.

Okay so I found the email from Crystal Clear. 
I tried to set up account again using that link. But I am getting error saying that token is no longer valid.

After further scrutinizing this account, I found out that IT IS NOT for Dr. Moran. It is actually a Crystal Clear account for a doctor Ran Y Rubinstein - Address - 200 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh New York. Phone # 845 245-6205. It is YourFaceMD - Laser & Cosmetic Surgery. But it is PAUSED according to Crystal Clear and no leads are being recorded for months.

Do you want to resume call tracking on them?

BTW, this means that we still do not have access or an account for Dr. Moran.
Perhaps whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com can check emails in regards to this and fwd them to me. I can then create the account.

Did we ever get access to their account? I searched the spreadsheets, support emails and have found nothing. 
The info on their spreadsheet is wrong.

Do not worry about call tracking for them. You should secret shop them and record the call when you call them back

We DO NOT have access to this clients = https://crystalcleardm.calltrackingapp.com/ account. 
I am not sure if you are confusing them with Dr. Rubenstein for whom I shut down their Crystal Clear account and created a new Callrail for. 
If so, the login info was sent to them. 
BTW, their number - Dr. Moran - is changing. But we don't have access to it.
