I just tried to call these people directly more than 3 times and no one picked up. I am going to move on and prepare a report on what has transpired thus far with the Secret Shop leads test.

Well, don't I feel ashamed.. lol. 
I will try again tomorrow. 
I guess they get a reprieve. 
Still Whit, they have done badly when it comes to contacting the lead.

here is the final report on what transpired during my Secret Shopper leads test of Dr. Moran's office.
Results:

Spa Response time: Phone call: No Phone Calls placed to the lead

Spa Response time: Text Message:  Yes, text sent 6 days later on 10/24/19 at 11:06 AM (Nurse Lee) *But, the message did not mention where the text was coming from.* -  "Hi, are you still interested in a FREE coolsculpting consult? Let me know how I can be of help Thanks. Lee RN."

Spa Response time: Emails: Yes, email sent to the lead 21 minutes later.

Problems with form/button: NONE

Follow up Phone call: None.

Follow up Phone Email: Yes, at 10:00 PM (Why so late at night?) and the email sent was asking the lead to confirm their email address. 

Follow up Text Message: None

Staff’s Handling of Calls from Potential Leads Directly: Requires attention. Over 4 calls to the spa in total and in each instance, no one picked up. No one called the lead back even after leaving Voicemail messages with information requesting a call back.
