Just checked for it and client needs to upgrade their existing plan to Business plugin to use API keys which is required to connect to ZAPIER.

Chris - I couldn't find any form on any other page on this website other than Blog page. On Blog page instead of using a single form this website have separate form for each blog post. Connecting all of them would take more than just couple hrs. Let me know if you want me to connect them all or want me to connect forms on specific posts. Thanks.
