It doesn't look like it is, no. Both pages are indexed and the blog URL does not redirect to the thigh child page

Michael  So do we need to redirect the original url to the new url, do a find and replace for that url, and then eventually delete the original url? Am I understanding that right. 

Correct.

Redirect old post to the new child page
Do a find and replace updating old URL with new
Make old post a Draft (unpublish)

Charmae  can you do this for us?

Hello, Kamie . I'm sorry for the delay in responding. I was puzzled why you mentioned me back on July 6th when I was only notified a few hours ago. When I asked Isaac about it, he stated that the bc3 can have glitches sometimes. 

By the way, Isaac helped me with the redirect and he stated "I have now set up the redirect in the backend but it doesn’t seems to be working due to the cache. Let’s wait for sometime and then we will check again".
