Dr. Chalik has responded and this is what she said. 

I would like to remove it from both website and email campaign. I also don’t think we should continue with email campaigns at all because it didn’t work for my office. 
However I would like to keep gift card options on the shop page of the website. It would be just gift cards not promotion (buy 2 get 1 free should be removed)

I removed the buy 2 get 1 free description in the gift card - https://www.natalyachalikmd.com/shop/gift-card. I am not sure if it is in email campaign because I cannot login to their mailchimp (needs email verification).
