Poor Dr. Chalik.
The lady answering the phone - has a Russian accent? - is kind of rude.
Not only that, I mentioned that we filled out a form about 2 weeks ago and no one ever bothered to call us - me and my wife - and she never apologized or asked me for my name or number.

She also chastised me when I said I filled out the FREE CONSULTATION form. She said that for Diet and Weight is NOT FREE.

Still, I tried to get answers from her and she was rough and rude.
Sounded as if she didn't even want to talk to me.
I am uploading the call so you guys can hear it and evaluate for yourselves.

So Dr. Chalik Called me back today from that call on Thursday. 
As I stated above, it was not her that picked up the phone then, it was her secretary. 
We spoke for about a half hour since I went over some issues such as emails. 
She said they sent one - I checked again and I told her they didn't. 
We also talked about the word FREE CONSULTATION on 2 pages. We need to Remove the word FREE. I will take care of it. 
**Please, when you call her, remind her about the phone call and what the secretaries can do to perform better. 

Let me know if you want to go over anything with me before you call her.
