I hope all is well. I'm an Account Strategist at Google HQ. We got notification you submitted your site for review (http://www.natalyachalikmd.com/).  Unfortunately, the policy came back saying that the site is still suspended.  There are still some permanent claims on the site. Here are some notes from the policy team and also from my manual scan: 

Phrases like "gone for good" "the best" and "say good bye" need to be removed. 

Before and after pictures on this page. You need to have disclaimers by each saying "results many vary"

"Proven to work" and "Long lasting results" should have disclaimers

"Reduce  stubborn fat" should have an asterisk leading to a disclaimer at the footer. 

Also, the team will scan the entire site, so make sure there aren't any of these types of claims on other pages also. Just heads up! After you complete this, you can go ahead and submit again here: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy
