How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account -  Emerson Medical - Dr. Natalya Chalik 550-334-6766. The verification process needs to be finished by September 20th. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization. 

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

A document for the organization 
  •  A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
  •  A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
  •  A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
  • Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K 
  •  A business credit report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or Dun & Bradstreet 
An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License - Front & Back
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. Since we have Admin access to this account, I can complete the 2nd process for you. However, I will need the documents to complete it for you. 

Coincidentally, you can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. If not, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with me so I can help you take care of it.

Happy Saturday to you. 

The W9 form may be useful for us to get the account verified. However, the photos of the ID you sent will not work.
That's because the Google ads team requires that all 4 corners of the ID are visible. In addition, they also request that the images are in color. I am attaching a sample screenshot. 

Please send over the ID images again and I will then move forward.

Thank you for sending over the documents so we can verify your Google ads account. 
I went ahead and made some changes to the names on the Google ads account so they can match 
exactly what is on the documents. 

The documents and ID have been uploaded to the Google ads team and they are reviewing them. We 
should hear back from them in a few days. I will let you know how it goes.

It appears that the ID you provided for the verification cannot be verified by the Google ads team. 
That's likely due to the back of the ID photo you sent me. You sent me a scanned version which did not
show the 4 corners, etc. 

Please send me another photo of the back of the ID showing all 4 corners and in color. 
As soon as you do so, I will work on this for you.

It appears that the Google ads team is rejecting the W9 form you provided. Instead, they would like a stamped or verified 
document from the IRS. 

One of the following is needed:

 A document for the organization

 A letter or notice issued or stamped by the IRS, such as CP 575 that confirms your Employer Identification Number (EIN) 
 A copy of the organization’s Form 8871, 8872, or 990 from the IRS website 
 A state-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation 
 Your organization’s most recent SEC filing, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K
