Nurse Injector Susan Hurley

Nurse Injector Susan Hurley brings years of cosmetic injection experience to Dr. Bowen's office.  She has quickly established herself as the main cosmetic injector for Dr. Bowen’s practice.  She is an expert injector of Kybella, neuromodulators such as Botox and Xeomin, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers such as Juvederm and VERSA+, and both solid and lifting PDO threads.    

Nurse Sue left the hustle and bustle of the Bethesda, Maryland area to join Dr. Bowen's practice in August 2019.  Nurse Susan shares Dr. Bowen’s overarching commitment to safe cosmetic injecting.  She educates her patients as to why they might -- or might not  -- want to get that latest, trending procedure seen all over social media.  She takes her time to understand what result the patient is looking for and uses injection techniques that minimize the risk of future injection-related problems.  She is both meticulous and passionate about getting just the right look for her patients. 

The two things we hear Nurse Sue routinely described as are “gentle” and “fun".   The peals of laughter coming from her treatment room are indicative of how much she enjoys her work and how much her patients enjoy her and their time “in the chair”.
