Quick question:
We are not creating a leadsheet for this client. 
So how can I or you check to make sure that the forms = top and bottom are hooked up properly?

I just finished testing the LPs for this client.

The pop up is working fine but I am not seeing the side form populating on the leadsheet. 
Can you please hook it up as soon as possible? This lady is already upset with us and we need to get her as many conversions as possible.

That data came from the POP UPS.... 
I am referring to the SIDE FORMS... 
I was  not seeing the side forms show up on the leadsheet. 
I tested it twice before and never showed up.
I am seeing it now so thank you.
