I just sent client an email about this.
Normally, I always check the logins before adding them to the spreadsheet.
But I had never used Mindbody before so I did not have the sign in page.

The client can preview the widget by clicking on the widget title and then scroll down to the bottom > click on the preview widget button.
Making an online payment is not possible through Midbody forms.
I have added the Mindbody prospect/lead form in the sidebar on Coolsculpting test page here - https://bowen.mysculpt.net/coolsculpting-2/
This prospect form will directly send the lead data to client's mindbody account but wouldn't send the info to any other platforms like google sheet or highlevel.
Personally, I would recommend we use the Gravity form for consultation requests so we can send the data to another platforms for tracking and marketing purposes and then add "Mindbody Schedule Widget" on the Thank you/confirmation page just like we have on Skinney and some of our other client websites.

Select the best looking widget, most compact and the one you feel is better suited.
On the forms, do the Gravity as well.

I would first have them request a consultation and then send them to a page where you can add a widget from Mindbody. You want the leads info first and foremost that way if they get confused which many will on the Mindbody widget you can still call them and book them over the phone.
I checked and they don't have any appointment type/services setup in their Minbody.
Please ask them to create services in their Minbody account. If they don't know how to do that. They can refer to the below support article.

If they want our help. Please ask them to share the list of services they want to show in the appointment widget and also ask them to provide us with the new Minbody account credentials.

Just to be clear. I'm able to access their Minbody branded web sub website but not able to access Minbody main portal anymore.

She said she reset and gave me a new login.

While working on the above I noticed some of the confirmation pages still have the thank you text from the template. Please update that and also we need to have the Mindbody widget only on CS service thank you page for now.
