We have a problem with the leads coming to and from this client's website. https://foreveryoungwisconsin.com/
She is complaining she is not getting any leads and Chris and I found out why.
Also, there are multiple Confirmations accounts that need to be deleted in Coolsculpting Consult form,
We need to create or update the forms.
Leads for Grove should go to
Office@foreveryoungwisconsin.com
Leads to Shorewood should go to Admin@forveryoungwisconsin.com
And bcc to ritasabeti@aol.com.
I am attaching the Voice message from Chris since the instructions are long and you can better understand them.
Please let me know if there is anything else.

Under the Forms>Coolsculpting consult form>Notifications
As you can see, we do not need 3 different notifications NAMES. I edited the first one already to read "You received a new lead".
The other ones need to be deleted. But we need to make sure the fields are on the one you leave are filled out correctly which is why I left it to you.
Does that make sense?
I think you are checking the old Coolsculpting form. Below Gravity Forms are active on Coolsculpting service page on this website.
Gravity Form ID - 9,10 and 11
I can see many duplicate forms on this website. We should remove the ones we are not using anymore to avoid any confusion.

UPDATED the "FROM" on other Coolsculpting forms.

All seem to be working fine. However, I still see all the other ones there. I wanted to check those that were relevant or active.
Since you know better than all me, can you please remove redundant forms?

I am trying to update the other forms we have active campaigns for. However, I am unable to TICK Location from the Notification, Send to settings.

You need to first add the Location dropdown field in the form before it will appear in the notification settings. Please see attached.

Please ask the client that office@forever is already added for Groove location and admin@forever is added for Shorewood on all contact forms on the website. Does she now want to receive new responses for both locations in office@forever?
If she had the Sabeti@aol.com email there, we are adding this one.
The aol one emails are not going through sometimes.
I have now added office@forever to all of the popups.
