Hey bud I logged into her account and was able to resolve the payment issue by clicking the fix it button two times, lets make sure we try harder when a client has told us the payment has been updated.

That's weird. I actually tried it several times and sent her a screenshot of the error I was receiving. 
The problem is that once you try to submit, it won't let you again for a while. But I will try to follow your lead next time and submit it a few times.
