Great work, let's send the client the Callrail login with username and pass and find some videos on callrail or some instructions or a guide we can send them as well, I doubt they will use it but I want to have something for them

Thank you Chris. But Callrail has changed how we add new users. We (Admins) are no longer able to create user's passwords. We can only add them and then send them a message asking them to set up the rest. This change is very annoying and complicated to say the least. In any case, I will send them an email letting them know this account has been created. If I do not find a video, I can create one really quick showing them the basics. We can then save it and send it to other clients in the future.

I went ahead and sent her an email. However, she has yet to respond to several others we have sent to her about other things which are more pressing than this.

Dang it was so nice when we could assign passwords. Most clients will never login so it doesnt matter that much

Yes you are right Chris. I wrote them an email and opened a Ticket to find out why they did this. Their response was that it was for security purposes.

Good morning! Thank you for reaching out about this. I am happy to help with any questions you may have. Yes, We did make a change recently to remove that option. It's part of an effort to continually tighten up security for our users and implement a robust defense-in-depth approach.
The new workflow allows you to email an invite directly to your new users, and you can include a custom message as well, if desired. They'll be able to click a link in the invite and set their password as they set up their account.
