Well...this is not entirely true...Ivonne/CSMs usually provide the email to the developers. I do cross-check lead notification/GF settings though before I start auditing and ask for the leadsheet.

This client specifically is on hold until further notice. We haven't been successful in getting them to do a full an onboarding yet.
