Also please ask him to provide us with access to his Healthgrades reviews account. 
Also please ask him in what format he wants to show the Google reviews on his website. For eg. slider format along with the ratings or just the review text

He basically took the reviews he liked the best from review sites, then he copied and pasted them into this form thinking that they automatically would auto populate on the current "Reviews" page.

He does NOT want it set up like Bowen's where all the reviews just pull over to the page. He was very adamant that he wants to select the ones he likes then add them to the page. And it's not easy to talk to him. He's really busy and got pretty stressed out when I tried asking any type of follow-up question.

When I asked if he could just send us the reviews they want on the page he said no. He already submitted them on the form and wants us to find where those reviews went. He seems to think that we have to find them somewhere on the backend, wherever the form sends them to, and "we have to authorize them through the control site"

Also, we have to fix that submit testimonial form so that it actually does add the review to the reviews page in the future. After someone reads it and approves it. Do they get emailed for review? Where do they go once it's submitted?

I have just sent a video showing how to add testimonials on the reviews page on his website to you over email.

Submit testimonial form is already doing what's it's supposed to do i.e sending a notification to the website admin (Info@toddhannamddds.com and bcc sofia@toddhannamddds.com ) along with the submitted data for them to check it and then manually add them on the website.

If the client wants to have a form that will automatically add the reviews to the reviews page on his website. It would take around 7-10 hrs to code such a form. Please confirm. Thank you.

I'll have to ask Chris. In the meantime can you please manually approve all the reviews waiting in the queue?

If they want to add new reviews to the page, that thye are copying and pasting from other sources. What's an easier way for them to do this?

Vania - The only way is to add them from the backend.
