I made two different examples: reviews in three columns per row and below is the example with just one column (review) per row. I personally think it looks better when there's just one review in the column. Also, I think that adding names or at least initials will have better impression. I could find them on Google Reviews and Health Grade, but I probably can't find all names/initials... So maybe it's best to leave it like this. Sorry, I am just thinking out loud.

I noticed that doc has 5 stars on Google and 4.9 (let's say 5) on HealthGrades, maybe we can add that as two badges?

Selena  asked Chris which version he likes best. I agree. I prefer to have the names or initials but I'd have for you to have to search for that. It seems like it would take a while?
